  • Bank Statements: Uploaded files are processed to identify disputes and are not sold or shared with third parties.
  • Usage Data: Pages visited and features used.

  • Generate AI-powered demand letters tailored to your situation.
  • Manage your account and process payments.
  • Send transactional emails (receipts, letter confirmations).
  • Improve the Service using anonymized, aggregated data only.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share only with essential service providers:

  • Stripe: Payment processing.
  • Supabase: Secure database and authentication.
  • Anthropic: AI letter generation (per-request only; no training on your data).
  • Vercel: Hosting infrastructure.

4. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Dispute records are retained for 3 years. You may request deletion by emailing privacy@subscruber.com.

We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and role-based access controls.
