These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DebtShield ("Service"), operated by Pointify Travels Group LLC, a New Hampshire limited liability company ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

DebtShield is an AI-powered platform that helps consumers identify unauthorized charges, zombie subscriptions, and unfair fees, and generates professionally-worded demand letters citing relevant federal and state consumer protection laws. DebtShield is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or attorney-client relationships.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to generate fraudulent demand letters.
• Provide false or misleading information in dispute submissions.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Access the Service through automated means without our written consent.

5. Payments and Pricing

Certain features of the Service require payment. All fees are stated in U.S. dollars. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis until canceled. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice. Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time except as required by applicable law.

7. Disclaimer of Legal Services

DebtShield is not a law firm. The Service does not provide legal advice, legal representation, or create an attorney-client relationship. Letters generated by the Service are informational tools based on publicly available legal statutes. The effectiveness of any dispute letter is not guaranteed and depends on the specific circumstances of your dispute.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POINTIFY TRAVELS GROUP LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pointify Travels Group LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms with an updated effective date.
